For the avid bird watcher, there is plenty of birdlife on the property and locally. Also, a bird field guide and log book is available for use.
Mandurah Greyhounds is 5 minutes from the Country Escape - why don't you take the whole family for a night at the greyhounds? Children under 12 free entry. All you can eat smorgasbord. Dinner and dancing with DJ. Must book ahead.
A Country Escape is a wonderful location to base yourself whilst exploring our beautiful Mandurah and Peel Region. We are only 5 minutes from the freeway (Lakes Road entrance). We are only 8 minutes to the Mandurah city centre, beach and foreshore; 5 minutes to the Mandurah bus station (park and ride to Perth and Fremantle, etc); 1 minute to the Peel Health Campus.
